We have used Billy for several years on all sorts of different venues. From the large holiday party for over 100 people, to the intimate bar barbeque for 15 people. Billy always has a fresh approach to his food and presentation. We have also introduced him to several of our friends, and everyone has become a fan of Surf side Cuisine. Billy is pleasant to work with and needs very little guidance. His creativity makes the entire event successful and simple (a tough combination to accomplish).
