Chef Billy is by far one of the best we have ever met and we would not even think of using anyone else for our events. We are an International Yacht Brokerage that needs the "best of the best" to entertain our elite clientele. We have been using Chef Billy for at least 7 years now, if not longer. As the one that arranges these events, Billy has been my saving grace. I call him up, give him the date, give him the head count and tell him about 2 sentences that describe my event. That is it...that is all I need to do. I spend 5 minutes making that initial phone call and then forget about it. I know Billy has got it covered and he will never let me down...
